Falling into Impulsive Book Buying

This book "Falling into Love" is an incredible book, in my opinion. I originally bought it because I'm a sucker for Christian books about marriage, dating and the like. I thought it would be similar to the other ones-but I can tell you after just finishing it-it's not. The tag line said something like "Don't you love all those beautiful Christian love stories that sound like fairy tales and things seem amazing all the time? Well, this is not like that I flub up every Valentines Day and screw up romantic moments. This is the story of how some ordinary guy got an amazing wife."

That was cute enough for me to throw it in my online cart for $4 (I do that way more often than I should. Books are a serious weakness for me).

When it came in December, I read a few pages, then put it in the bin on my nightstand and didn't pick it up until about 3 weeks ago. It was then that I started to see how amazing of a book it it. I think it's incredibly insightful and brings up a lot of points that I haven't thought of before or have not heard in awhile. He tells hilarious stories without a hidden agenda. he's honest about his mistakes and the thoughts that go through his mind. He makes you feel like you know him and his wife, Lia. I really feel as though it has changed a lot of my feelings and viewpoints. It has encouraged me and made me laugh-and I can't wait to read it again.

Go read it. Tell me what you think. I'm dying to know if I'm the only one who thinks this book is genius.
